A slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, designed to open up the body to go deeper. Yin poses go into connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Allows the body to sink into gentle intensity in each pose to align energy channels. Warm, gentle and satisfying.
